Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga
This is suggested for students interested in a more dynamic practice of yoga. This vinyasa style class is based on the teachings of Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, and takes some of the poses from the Primary Series. Also includes balances, pramayama. It is a great class for those looking for a challenge. While balancing strength and flexibility develop a concentrated clear and focused mind.
