Florence Graham
I have been teaching since the early
eighties. My experience has led me to realise that the student is the most important person in my yoga classes.
I
have taught in prisons, health clubs, yoga holiday retreats, YWCA's both in Canada and in the UK, Adult Education Institute
and many yoga shalas. I trained for my initial training in Iyengar and then Hatha and Astanga. Recently been to India
with the Himalayan Institute at Alahaba for intensive advanced yoga teacher training. I have also studied Silver Age yoga,
Yoga on the Ball and Yin Yoga. I incorporate different styles as appropriate to the class and students.
