Yoga is a series of physical postures that will stretch and tone the body. These postures can
clear the mind and soothe the spirit.
Traditionally yoga was taught one on one. Private lessons
provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed.
We consider any injuries or illnesses that you
may have and whether you are looking to build strength, increase flexibility, heal an injury, improve your health or
develop your spirituality.
Learning and practicing postures and breathing exercises at your own pace and within your own
range is the most effective way to realize the benefits of yoga.
We will work with you to understand your needs and to accommodate your schedule.
We emphasize privacy, and focus specific attention to your growth.
Individual instruction is integral in developing and deepening ones understanding
of Yoga. A personalized Yoga practice will be designed from the assessment of your goals, needs and visions
All private classes in yoga are generally charged at £60 per hour, regardless
of group size or time of day.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, direct transfer or
with any major credit or debit card. We regret that we do not accept American Express.
Cancellations and appointment changes may be made without
charge as long as a clear twenty-four hours notice is given. However for any cancellation or appointment change made with
less than twenty-four hours notice, the full fee is payable
