Unite with nature through yoga. Enjoy nature, poetry, and traditional food. Practice yoga and
absorb Nature's energy with the awareness of our connection to our bodies and spirit, the formation of the natural circle,
where the earth delivers energy, creates life, bringing pleasure to the body and peace to the mind. The retreat will start with Chandra Bandara, the Sanskrit Moon Festival,
a practice which unites yoga, blindfolded dance and meditation in order to connect with nature.
FIVE
ELEMENTS- 15th to 20th September EXPERIENCE THE ELEMENTS OF NATURE:
From
Monday to Saturday we will explore in depth each of the elements of nature through yoga, discussion and personal experience.
We will learn about the five elements as presented in yogic system; Earth, Water, Fire,
Air and Ether; their significance, and how they impact us. This will be done through carefully designed yoga sessions, discussion,
walking meditations, breath work and guided meditation. The five
day session is designed to provide participants with:
- Knowledge of the five elements of nature as taught in the yogic
system
- Tools with which to practice and to enjoy this awareness.
- Techniques to tune into this awareness
on a daily basis
- Improve wellbeing through participation in the mind body program
- Opportunity to meet and have fun and to enjoy the connection
with nature from Earth to SkY
The apartments consist of three bedrooms,a big lounge and a kitchen
all beautiful sea view balconies. The elegant and comfortable guest rooms overlook the rolling hills and open to the
fresh air of the seaside and private beaches. One can easily immerse oneself in the experience of connecting with the serenity
and the tradition of the land.

SAM"KRUNA*GRAHAM
With 25 years practice and more then 6 years as a yoga teacher, Sam has studied
with various masters including Yogi Vishvektu in India (Hatha, Akhanda, Hatha Raja, Kundalini) and David Swenson (Ashtanga).
She lives and teaches in London, UK and internationally. She has recently returned from two months in India
where she was studying and teaching Teacher Training with World Conscious Yoga Family. Her mission is to find that balance
between strength and acceptance in order "to be", and her unique energy and passion encourages participants to explore their
own perceived limits in mind, body and being; through movement, breath, and listening to the ultimate teacher within.

DAYS WORKING WITH 7 CHAKRAS RENEW AND UNWIND ON A LUXURY YOGA RETREAT 26th July - 2nd August 2008 Spain -£495
Includes; transfers, shared accommodation, brunch, four course organic evening meal. There will be two classes a day,
one Vinyasa and one Yin. In this 7 day retreat, we will work through the 7 Chakras or energy centres using specific mantra,
pranayama, asana, mandala, mudras and mediations for each one, creating a deeper awareness and a sense of unity within the
mind body and spirit. The villa is in a secluded olive grove on a beautiful hillside in the Tarragona area of Spain, about
one hour from Barcelona. Facilities include a luxurious saltwater pool, and two yoga decks with breathtaking views. The villa
has en suite rooms available or you can choose to stay in the Mongolian Yurts, which are really cool. The retreat is open
